What are the responsibilities and job description for the CNC Machinist position at ALLEN PERFORMANCE RESOURCES INC?
PSC is seeking an applicant with 5 years of experience working on CNC Lathe and Mills
and authorization to work in the U.S.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Set-Up and Operate CNC Mills and Lathes. (HAAS and YCM)
* Be able to interpret blueprints and drawings.
* Edit CNC programs as needed.
* Understanding how to operate the machine, configure proper settings, and load proper tooling per job.
* Machine product to specification and be able to use appropriate precision measuring equipment to check product dimensions to ensure they are within tolerance.
The following QUALIFICATIONS are REQUIRED:
* A minimum of 5 years of CNC machinist experience.
* Ability to complete job from set-up to completion.
* Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
* Be proficient with Calipers and Micrometers. Experience with depth gauges and other QC-related instruments is a plus.
* Have experience working with a variety of metals.
* Be punctual, reliable, and have a strong attention to detail.
* Personal Tooling a plus.
* Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Work Hours: M–T 5:00am – 3:30pm
Salary : $22 - $27
