- Assist clients with account maintenance and general financial inquiries via phone and in person.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through exceptional customer service.
- Handle sensitive financial information with the highest level of confidentiality.
- Maintain accurate client records and documentation.
- Prepare account paperwork and coordinate asset transfer processes.
- Provide administrative support, including front desk duties, receptionist responsibilities, and data entry.

- Help resolve client concerns and ensure timely follow-up.
- Support client engagement initiatives and enhance overall client satisfaction.
- Assist in organizing client events and educational seminars.
- Manage promotional materials and client appreciation gifts.

- Collaborate effectively with advisors and internal team members.
- Series 7 and Series 66 or Series 63/65 licenses preferred.
- Foundational knowledge of investment and banking products.
- Experience in client service, financial services, banking, or wealth management preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and note-taking abilities.

- Experience using CRM software such as Redtail, Wealthbox, Salesforce, or similar platforms is preferred.

- Primarily desk-based work involving prolonged sitting.
- Frequent computer usage and telephone communication.
- Regular interaction with clients both in person and over the phone.

Salary : $70,000 - $90,000
