Position Summary

The Client Service Administrator role provides operational support and assistance to Financial Advisors in managing and servicing client needs. Working cohesively with the team, this role involves both customer service and financial education while building, maintaining, and strengthening our company’s relationships with clients. Foster collaboration and ensure operational excellence through a people-first approach. Salary range of this position is $60k-$75k (depending on licensing and experience). Medical and matching 401(k) benefits are provided.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities

·        Always do what’s in the client’s best interest

·        Act with integrity, honesty, kindness, with a warm/cheerful attitude

·        Lead with empathy and a problem-solving mindset to help uncover client needs and provide timely and accurate solutions

·        Partner with our clients via inbound phone calls to assist them with a variety of financial inquiries, from account maintenance to identifying and resolving issues

·        Handle sensitive financial information with confidentiality and care

·        Strong interpersonal and client relationship management (CRM) skills

·        Prioritize competing tasks and follow established procedures to meet deadlines and maintain consistent service standards

·        Client facing and engaging (soft skills)

·        Prepare account paperwork and oversee asset transfer process

·        Clerical support, front desk duties, receptionist, data input

·        Assist in creating sales and marketing strategies

·        Help to resolve client complaints

·        Oversee client engagement, managing and developing client satisfaction with the company’s products and services

·        Assist in planning client seminars

·        Manage promotional items/gifts


Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)

·        Candidates with Series 7 & 66 or 63/65 licenses are preferred.

·        Foundational knowledge of investment and banking products

·        Detail oriented, especially in notetaking

·        Invested in personal development

·        Professional verbal and written communication

·        Energetic individual that is self-motivated and coachable

·        Enjoys a fast-paced environment

·        Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills

·        Works quickly to fulfill client needs delivering complex solutions

·        Frequent communication, and an abundance of discretion with sensitive information

·        Experience working with a CRM software is preferred (i.e. Redtail, Wealthbox, Salesforce)

-      Work Monday through Friday, located in our Federal Way office.

-      Work from 8:00am to 4:00pm (30 Minutes of Personal Time)

-      Sitting at a desk on a computer, answering phones, meeting with clients
