Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including income, expenses, and tenant accounts.
- Manage rent collections, tenant billing, and accounts receivable/payable.
- Reconcile bank statements, credit cards, and other financial accounts regularly.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
- Assist in preparing budgets and financial forecasts, offering insights based on data analysis.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable financial regulations and accounting standards.
- Collaborate with property managers and team members to resolve discrepancies and enhance financial workflows.

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of bookkeeping experience, with at least 2 years in property management or real estate.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Yardi, or similar).
- Strong understanding of financial regulations and accounting principles.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience in financial reporting and budgeting.
- Capable of working independently as well as collaboratively.
- Certified Bookkeeper (CB) or equivalent certification.
