Qualifications
- Experience in automotive glass removal, installation, recalibration of camera and windshield repair processes
- Proficiency in using tools and equipment designed for glass handling, and installation
- Understanding of safety standards and practices related to automotive glass installation
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to assess glass damage and suggest appropriate solutions
- Good communication and customer service skills to explain repair processes to clients
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in auto glass repair preferred
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation
