We’re looking for a Glass Fabrication Operations Specialist who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is motivated by safety, quality, and teamwork. You’ll keep production moving, ensure quality standards are met, and contribute to ongoing process enhancements.
Schedule
- Night shift hours: 6:50 p.m. – 7:00 a.m.
- 3-2-2 rotation with 12-hour shifts
- Approximately 15–16 scheduled workdays per month
- Prioritize safety for yourself and your teammates; escalate concerns immediately to supervision or the safety team.
- Operate pre- and post-process equipment following defined procedures to meet glass product quality targets and customer expectations.
- Stage and replenish raw materials to maintain line flow.
- Drive lift trucks (stand-up and sit-down) safely and efficiently.
- Execute in-process quality checks per standard work; respond to findings.
- Troubleshoot equipment and product issues.
- Lead or participate in Kaizen activities to improve safety, quality, delivery, and cost.
- Apply and sustain 5S practices, including cleaning and organized tool placement.
- Perform basic maintenance and support production changeovers.
- Model the AGC Way in all tasks and interactions.
- Take on additional projects or duties as assigned.

- High School diploma or GED (required)
- NCRC Silver (preferred)
- Ability to learn structured problem-solving (Six Sigma, Fishbone, KT, 8D).
- Comfort with Windows-based computer systems.
- Understanding of glass product quality standards (or willingness to learn).
- Previous manufacturing background preferred.
