Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Lead Breast Trim Line to join our turkey processing team in Hinton, VA. The ideal candidate will oversee the breast trim line operations, ensuring quality, efficiency, and safety standards are consistently met.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the breast trim line team to maintain productivity and quality standards.
• Ensure all products meet company and regulatory quality requirements.
• Train and mentor team members on proper trimming techniques and safety protocols.
• Monitor equipment and line operations to minimize downtime and maintain workflow.
• Collaborate with management to implement process improvements and resolve issues.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment in compliance with company policies and OSHA regulations.
• Document production data and report any discrepancies or concerns promptly.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in poultry processing, preferably in breast trim operations.
• Leadership experience with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including shifts and weekends as needed.
