Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Debone Supervisor to lead our day shift team at our Hinton, VA facility. The ideal candidate will oversee the deboning operations within the Cone department, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety standards are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily deboning activities on the day shift to meet production goals.
• Ensure compliance with all food safety, quality, and sanitation standards.
• Train, mentor, and evaluate team members to maintain high performance and morale.
• Monitor workflow and adjust staffing or processes to optimize productivity.
• Maintain accurate production records and report any issues to management promptly.
• Enforce safety protocols and promote a safe working environment.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and timely product delivery.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory experience in a food processing or meat deboning environment preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and quality control standards.
• Flexibility to work the day shift hours as scheduled.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional relevant training is a plus.

Work Environment

This position is based in our Hinton, VA facility and involves working in a refrigerated production area. The role requires standing for extended periods and the ability to lift moderate weights as needed.
