Injection Mold Press Operator - Chicopee

Volt is immediately hiring for an Injection Mold Press Operator in Chicopee, Mass.

As an Injection Mold Press Operator you will:

• Make plastic Microplates used in Labs around the world
• Quality Control: Inspecting parts as they come off the molding press
• Use of Calibrating Measurement Instruments
• Perform work in accordance with documented procedures in Traveler package.

• Comfortable working in Lab/Clean Room wearing PPE
• Basic computer skills
• Assembly or machine setup experience
• Knowledge of ISO and Quality Policy

This is a full time opportunity.

3rd shift: 11 pm to 7:30 am

The ideal candidate will have:

• Either injection mold operation experience or a machine operator in a production or manufacturing environment
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
• Desire to be part of a motivated and energetic team
• Good communication skills both verbal and written
• Bilingual communications skills a plus

Pay Rate: $20.69 per hour

*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
