CF: Painter - 1st shift

Volt is hiring for a Painter Level 1 position with a leading aerospace manufacturing company in Paramount, CA.

As a Painter you will:

• Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines on the floor
• Perform plugging, masking, and painting operations on parts
• Prepare surfaces by cleaning and priming materials
• Mix and apply paints and coatings according to specifications
• Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met
• Maintain painting equipment and a clean work environment
• Assist with material handling and organization
• Perform general production support tasks as assigned

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 1st Shift

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Experience in manufacturing or painting environments preferred
• Ability to follow safety procedures and handle chemicals safely
• Strong attention to detail and hand-eye coordination
• Comfortable lifting up to 35 lbs and standing for long periods
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Must be ITAR compliant (U.S. Person required)

Pay: $19.25 per hour
