This is a hunter role focused on new logo acquisition, expanding enterprise accounts, and delivering IT staffing and consulting solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Drive new business through prospecting, networking, referrals, and events.
- Manage and grow existing enterprise accounts with MSAs / MSPs / SOW / Staff Augmentation.
- Build strong client relationships with hiring managers and executives.
- Collaborate with recruiters to deliver top IT talent.
- Negotiate and close deals to exceed revenue targets.
Qualifications:
- 5 years of IT staffing sales or consulting services experience.
- Proven track record in new business development (hunting).
- Experience with staff augmentation and SOW/project-based sales.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-starter with excellent time management and accountability.
