Role Overview:
We are seeking a Senior IT Project Manager to join the newly formed Enterprise Content Management Systems (ECM) team. This role will lead complex, cross-functional IT projects, ensuring successful planning, execution, and delivery in alignment with the firm's technology and business goals. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing large-scale technology initiatives in professional services or law firm environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead multiple IT projects across the ECM portfolio, ensuring adherence to the firm's SDLC framework.

• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including schedules, task tracking, budgets, and executive reporting.

• Coordinate across business units and technology teams to identify dependencies, manage risks, and maintain project momentum.

• Prepare and present progress updates, risk assessments, and budget summaries for senior leadership.

• Manage project intake, prioritization, and resource allocation across multiple initiatives.

• Facilitate structured meetings with clear agendas, defined outcomes, and accountability for next steps.

• Act as a liaison between IT and business stakeholders to ensure alignment, transparency, and effective communication throughout project lifecycles.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree (preferred).

• 10 years of project management experience, including at least 7 years in IT with senior stakeholder engagement.

• Proven track record of leading large-scale, complex technology projects, ideally in professional services or law firm environments.

• Advanced proficiency with project management tools such as Atlassian Confluence and JIRA.

• Exceptional problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.

• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple workstreams effectively.

• Strong presentation and stakeholder management abilities.

• Customer-focused, collaborative approach with a strategic mindset.
