What You’ll Do
- Answer patient calls and emails with professionalism and warmth
- Schedule appointments within our network of physicians
- Take and route messages quickly and accurately
- Help create a smooth, stress-free experience for every patient

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- Medical terminology course (preferred)
- 1 year work experience (medical office preferred)
- Prior call center experience (preferred)
