o Full-Time: $30,000 (3-year commitment)
o Part-Time: $10,000 (3-year commitment)
• Competitive Pay: $130–$150 per hour with annual salary increases
Full-time CRNAs Receive:

Key Responsibilities:
• Administer safe, effective anesthesia independently
• Conduct pre-operative assessments and select appropriate anesthetic plans
• Monitor patients intra- and post-operatively
• Maintain clear, accurate medical documentation
• Participate in continuing education and quality improvement initiatives
• Operate and maintain anesthesia equipment safely
• Function effectively in team-centered setting
