HR Specialist – Yardley, PA (3-Month Contract Starting Jan. 5th)
Join a global, fast-moving organization and play a key role supporting U.S. employees. This team-focused role is ideal for someone who thrives in a high-volume, people-centric HR environment.
What You’ll Do:
• Serve as the first point of contact for HR inquiries via ServiceNow, resolving tickets within 48 hours.
• Our team manages 10–12 employee tickets daily (up to 15–20 in January) plus 6–8 calls per day.
• Support employees with benefits, leave (FMLA/life events), vacation, onboarding, and HR policy questions.
• Process onboarding workflows for all U.S. sites, including approvals, new hire setup, and SuccessFactors data entry.
• Maintain exceptional accuracy when processing HR transactions and updating employee data.
• Conduct daily audits of HR workflows in MyHR to ensure data integrity.
• Act as liaison with the leave vendor to ensure employees receive accurate guidance.
• Run background checks and handle confidential information appropriately.
• Prioritize multiple tasks during peak cycles such as open enrollment and the new year.
This role offers strong collaboration, structure, and visibility within a well-established HR function.

Required Skills:
• 3 years HR experience (HR Ops or Shared Services preferred)
• Experience supporting employees across multiple HR functions
• ServiceNow experience
• Strong time management, organization, and data accuracy
• Excellent communication and customer service
• Ability to manage confidential information
Preferred: SuccessFactors, ADP, FMLA/leave administration, Shared Services HR experience.
