Join Us as a Senior Human Resources Generalist
The HR Generalist is responsible for providing comprehensive day-to-day operational support to the HR Department with a strong focus on accurate data entry, HRIS administration, and payroll coordination. This role ensures that all employee records, HR transactions, and payroll inputs are maintained with precision and in accordance with company standards and compliance requirements. The ideal candidate is highly detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable managing high-volume administrative tasks in a fast-paced environment.
What You'll Do:
- Performs routine tasks required to administer and execute human resource duties and tasks including but not limited to full employee lifecycle and payroll coordination.
- Accurate data entry for new hires, changes and terminations in HRIS and Central Reach (time keeping system, employee data and code data).
- Process compensation changes aligned with budgeting per performance evaluations. Flag to Director/VP as needed.
- Assist with document and memo creation and updates.
- Resolve employee questions/concerns in the HR inbox including but not limited to time off questions, liaison for payroll inquires, etc.
- Manages employee referral bonuses, stipends, and reimbursements
- Maintaining the HRIS system and ensures accurate record keeping
- Maintains compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommends best practices; reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance.
- Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law.
- Completes biweekly reporting aligned with payroll processing deadlines.
- Completes audits regularly and as needed.
- Participates and assists with department projects and activities as requested and needed.
Other duties as assigned.
What You'll Need
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited four-year college or university and 2 years' relevant experience, preferred.
- Knowledge of Human Resource Systems: Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; Payroll Database software.
- Demonstrated success in performing administrative functions
- Demonstrated ability to meet multiple deadlines at once
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential situations with tact, professionalism, and diplomacy.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn payroll management, human resource information system (HRIS), and applicant tracking systems.
- Previous experience with Paylocity strongly preferred
Work Location & Hours:
This is a full-time position in a remote work setting. The core hours are 8:30am to 5:00pm.

Reasonable Pay Estimate
A reasonable estimate of the pay range for this position is up to $55,000.00 per year. There are numerous factors taken into consideration in determining the actual offered rate of pay, including but not limited to: job-related qualifications, experience, skills, education, geographic location, and consideration of internal and experience equity.
