HR Specialist (3-month contract: start on 1/5/2026)
Join a high-volume, people-centric HR environment at a global, fast-moving organization. You will play a key HR role in support of US-based employees.
This is a 3-month contract (start on 1/5/2026), with potential to extend.
You must work onsite 5 days/week in Yardley, PA.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Join a team serving as the first point of contact for HR inquiries across ~2,000 US employees
- Manage HR Direct tickets in ServiceNow, responding & resolving within 48 hours
- Team handles 10–12 employee tickets/day, increasing to 15–20/day in Jan., plus 6–8 calls daily
- Support employees with questions re: benefits, leave (FMLA/life events), vacation, onboarding, and general HR policies
- Assist with onboarding workflows for all U.S. sites, including approvals, new hire processing, and data entry in SuccessFactors
- Maintain a high level of accuracy when processing HR transactions & updating team member info. to ensure data integrity
- Conduct daily audits/reviews of HR workflows in MyHR to ensure data integrity
- Provide support to the leave vendor as an HR liaison, ensuring employees receive correct guidance
- Run background checks & ensure confidential HR info. is handled appropriately
- Prioritize multiple tasks effectively during high-volume periods (e.g., open enrollment, the new year)
REQUIREMENTS
- 3 years of HR experience (HR Ops or Shared Services preferred)
- Experience supporting employees across multiple HR functions
- ServiceNow experience
- Strong time management, organization, and data accuracy skills
- Excellent communication & customer service skills
- Ability to manage confidential info.

- ADP experience
- FMLA/leave administration experience
- Shared Services HR experience
