This is an open-ended, fractional contract position. Capacity fluctuates between 0 and 30 hours per week based on project demand. While we prefer talent in Atlanta, this role is fully remote.

The Role

Core Responsibilities
- Strategic Architecture: Lead network assessments and modernization roadmaps for enterprise-scale environments.
- Compliance & Risk: Execute rigorous ITGC, SOC 2, and NIST CSF audits to ensure regulatory alignment.
- Resiliency Planning: Architect and test Disaster Recovery (DR) and Business Continuity (BCP) frameworks, including executive tabletop simulations.
- M&A & IPO Readiness: Drive technical due diligence workstreams for mergers, acquisitions, and public offerings.
- Executive Partnership: Act as the face of the firm in C-suite briefings and discussions with Private Equity operating partners.
- 12 years of enterprise-grade network and infrastructure experience.
- 5 years in a leadership capacity (Director, Senior Manager, or equivalent).
- Framework Mastery: Proven expertise in SOX ITGC, SOC 2, and NIST security standards.
- Industry Impact: A track record of managing infrastructure for complex, multi-site operations. At least one of the following: medical device, pharmaceutical, or regulated manufacturing compliance experience.
- Communication: Elite ability to translate technical risk into business impact for senior stakeholders.
