- Process & Technology Support: Design and optimize marketing workflows for maximum efficiency; provide ongoing technical and user support for marketing tools and platforms.
- Business Analysis: Gather and document business requirements to translate marketing needs into actionable technical or process-driven solutions.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution and alignment.
- Stakeholder Management: Manage expectations, deliver status updates, and maintain strong working relationships across various business units.

Required Skills
- 1–3 years of experience within a Digital Content Optimization, MarTech, or Marketing Operations environment
- Hands-on experience working with enterprise Content Platforms (CMS/DAM) and marketing workflow tools
- Demonstrated experience in business requirements gathering
- Excel - experience with data entry, VLOOKups, and Pivot tables
- Intermediate analytical ability
- Experience communicating cross-functionally
- Bachelor’s degree
