Compensation Analyst- 3 Month Contract- Johns Creek, GA
Immediate opportunity for a Compensation Analyst to join a top-notch company experiencing rapid growth!
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Reviews market pay practices and provides pay recommendations for internal associates and external candidates.
- Conducts salary and ad hoc surveys, manages survey data in compensation software, and recommends surveys to support market pricing initiatives.
- Participates in the annual salary structure review process to ensure competitiveness and market alignment.
- Collaborates with internal stakeholders to evaluate and market price new and revised jobs, creates and edits job descriptions, and sets up job-related data in applicable systems.
- Advises business partners on basic to moderately complex compensation issues using knowledge of compensation, human resources, and internal policies.
- Tracks and reports on various pay programs, including merit and bonus.
- Assists in administering annual pay programs, including project managing year-end merit and variable pay processes.
- Maintains knowledge of internal compensation policies, procedures, and laws to ensure compensation programs are compliant with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
This is a 3-month contract position in Johns Creek with potential to extend or convert to direct-hire. Work onsite Monday - Friday.

REQUIRED SKILLS:
- 2 years of compensation experience
- MS Office
- Proficiency in compensation management software
- Bachelor's degree in business, HR, or related field
