The Mission

Key Responsibilities
- CTO Enablement: Serve as a trusted advisor on org design, P&L management, and strategic roadmaps.
- Engineering Excellence: Benchmark and elevate delivery using DORA metrics, CI CD maturity, and rigorous QA automation.
- Cloud and Security: Optimize infrastructure for scale and cost while ensuring SOC 2 and GDPR readiness.
- M and A Integration: Lead post-acquisition tech alignment and advise on global distributed team models.
What You Bring
- 10 Plus Years of Leadership: Proven track record in growth-stage SaaS or PE-backed environments.
- Scale Expertise: Experience leading 40-plus-person engineering orgs with a focus on player-coach mentorship.
- Technical Depth: Deep fluency in modern cloud stacks like AWS, Azure, or GCP, microservices, and system re-architecture.
- Business Acumen: Ability to tie technical debt reduction and velocity to revenue growth and operational efficiency.
Location and Perks
