Mail & Print Operations has an immediate opening for an Analyst II – Senior Operations Analyst in Vacaville. Under the direction of the Supervisor I, this position provides analytical support, coordination, facilitation, and operational expertise on complex assignments that help advance our program goals.
In this role, you will support Mail Operations by coordinating projects, developing analytics and reports, mapping current and future processes, and evaluating operational data to recommend improvements. You will assist with budget planning, perform fiscal and metric analysis, troubleshoot complex issues, support Tier II customer requests, maintain key program reports and scorecards, and collaborate with partners across Business Services, IT, HR, Procurement, Corporate Communications, and other enterprise teams. You will also help prepare project plans, track milestones, monitor deliverables, and create documentation, training materials, and presentations that support successful project execution and operational readiness.

Special Requirements
Effective July 1, 2025, the State of California implemented the Personal Leave Program 2025 (PLP 2025) which reduces an employee’s monthly salary in exchange for leave credits. Employees appointed to this classification will have their monthly salary reduced and will accrue hours of PLP 2025 on the first day of each pay period in accordance with the applicable bargaining contract. The salary range(s) included on this job posting do not reflect the reduction in pay.
