Key Responsibilities
- Provide front-line customer service by assisting students in person, by phone, and via email with scholarship inquiries, including navigating funding through the Student Information System (SIS).
- Support the processing of approximately 1,000 scholarship applications annually using the Scholarship Lifecycle Manager (SLM).
- Conduct eligibility reviews (e.g., mid-year checks) to ensure recipients meet ongoing scholarship requirements.
- Maintain accurate, organized digital and physical records for scholarship applications, awards, agreements, and payments.
- Review and process scholarship documentation, including agreements, payment requests, reimbursements, and emergency grant/loan materials.
- Enter and manage data across systems and coordinate information sharing with internal partners, including the Financial Aid and Business Offices.
- Assist with administrative coordination of scholarship operations, including tracking deadlines, documentation, and workflows.
- Support outreach and engagement efforts by participating in on-campus and off-campus events and contributing to donor stewardship activities.

Minimum Qualifications
- Working knowledge of administrative and office support procedures.

- Experience maintaining records or managing data in spreadsheets or databases.
