This position plays a key role in ensuring efficient daily operations through coordination of events and logistics, maintenance of accurate records, and administrative support. The role also supports wellness programming through clear documentation, effective communication strategies, targeted marketing support, and ongoing tracking of program success.

The role also supports wellness programming through clear documentation, effective communication strategies, targeted marketing support, and ongoing tracking of program success.
Duties And Tasks
- Provide administrative and organizational support to the Chief Wellness Officer (CWO) in promoting wellness programs and initiatives..
- Support the CWO by building engagement and awareness of employee health and wellbeing through the maintenance and coordination of OEWW communication platforms, including the website, Wellness Portal/SharePoint, Canvas, social media platforms, blogs, and podcasts etc.
- Ensure employees are informed of programming by utilizing effective promotional and communication strategies and customized employee offerings based on health data, assessments and pulse survey responses.
- Assist the CWO with preparing presentation materials, reports and articles to ensure credible, evidence‑driven content is disseminated to meet employee needs.
- Help build and maintain connections with state, college, and campus wellness liaisons.
- Manage office daily operations and provide customer service and maintain accurate office records and documentation.
- Systematically track, compile, evaluate, and identify program improvement opportunities driven by variable outcome measurements.
- Track, compile, and analyze program data, prepare administrative reports, and identify program improvement opportunities driven by outcome measures.
- Serve as a point of contact within Human Resources for the functional area of Employee Wellness and Wellbeing.
- Disseminate wellness information and resources with autonomy and minimal supervision. Stay abreast of advancements in workplace wellness, including technology, innovative strategies, and policy changes. May be required to perform other duties as assigned.
