Role Description
As a full-time Human Resources Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting GRASP’s HR functions to ensure smooth operations. Day-to-day responsibilities will include managing HR policies, overseeing employee benefits, supporting personnel management, and facilitating HR administrative tasks. This is a hybrid role based in Richmond, VA, allowing for a mix of in-office and remote work.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge and experience in Human Resources (HR), including HR policies
- Understanding of employee benefits administration and associated processes
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and comply with all relevant regulations and policies
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Proficiency with HR software and Microsoft Office Suite
- This position is primarily a part-time HR specialist role. GRASP would consider a candidate interested in working full-time if the candidate had administrative proficiency with a database.
- The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of HR experience and have proficiency with Quickbase (an Intuit database).
