We are seeking a high-energy, detail-oriented individual to join our team during a period of exciting growth. This is an opportunity for a professional who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys building processes. You will serve multiple vacation rental shops in the NC/SC region. Your primary focus will be the seamless onboarding of new property units into our portfolio, ensuring every property meets individual brand standards from day one.
As the portfolio stabilizes, this role is designed to evolve. The ideal candidate is a "utility player" who is comfortable with ambiguity and ready to take on additional operational duties as the department expands.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Unit Onboarding
- Lead the end-to-end integration of new property units into the management system.
- Coordinate with teams at the local shop level including owner relations managers, photography team, and leadership team when appropriate.
2. Process & Dynamic Operations
- Identify bottlenecks in the current onboarding workflow and implement scalable solutions.
- Maintain cross-functional communication between Marketing, Revenue Management, and Field Operations.
- Adapt quickly to shifting priorities as new business initiatives are introduced.
3. Future Scope & Growth
- Assist with special projects related to shared services and regional expansion.
Qualifications
- Experience: 2 years in property management, hospitality, or a high-volume project management role.
- Adaptability: A proven track record of succeeding in "startup-style" environments where roles and responsibilities evolve. Must demonstrate willingness to continually new new processes, and the ability to merge into a dynamic work environment.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written skills. Must maintain clear and concise documentation and a positive approach to conflict resolution.
- Computer Skills: Proficiency with property management software (experience with Track or Breezeway is a significant plus). Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, and percentages. Must possess thorough knowledge of MS Windows and Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Chrome, etc). Ability to type quickly and correctly.
