Your primary focus will be the seamless onboarding of new property units into our portfolio, ensuring every property meets individual brand standards from day one.
As the portfolio stabilizes, this role is designed to evolve. The ideal candidate is a "utility player" who is comfortable with ambiguity and ready to take on additional operational duties as the department expands.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Unit Onboarding
· Lead the end-to-end integration of new property units into the management system.
· Coordinate with teams at the local shop level including owner relations managers, photography team, and leadership team when appropriate.
2. Process & Dynamic Operations
· Identify bottlenecks in the current onboarding workflow and implement scalable solutions.
· Maintain cross-functional communication between Marketing, Revenue Management, and Field Operations.
· Adapt quickly to shifting priorities as new business initiatives are introduced.
3. Future Scope & Growth
· Assist with special projects related to shared services and regional expansion.
