Registered Nurse - Advanced Acute Care Neurosciences

Role Overview: This full-time Inpatient RN position involves assessing, planning, and delivering high-quality patient care in a specialized neuroscience unit. The nurse promotes safety, patient satisfaction, and compassionate interactions, coordinating with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and address patients' physical, psychological, social, cultural, and spiritual needs.
• Develop and coordinate individualized care plans, including education and discharge planning.
• Provide direct care treatments, medications, and diagnostic procedures following policies.
• Evaluate intervention effectiveness and adjust care plans accordingly.
• Collaborate with physicians and team members to resolve patient needs proactively.
• Participate in quality, safety, and evidence-based practice initiatives.
