- Providing direct patient care, including treatments, medications, and diagnostics, while ensuring safety and satisfaction.
- Coordinating care with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians and ancillary staff.
- Formulating and revising individualized care plans, including patient education and discharge planning.
- Addressing physical, psychological, social, cultural, and spiritual needs of patients and families.
- Participating in quality improvement, safety initiatives, and evidence-based practices.
- Troubleshooting equipment and engaging in unit-based decision-making.
- Graduate from a Specialty Training Program in Nursing (required).
- Ability to perform assessments and provide comprehensive patient care.
