Role Overview: This position is for a full-time Inpatient RN in the Operating Room, providing direct patient care in a Level 1 Trauma OR with 24/7 operations.
Key Responsibilities: Conduct assessments, address physical and psychosocial needs, develop and implement care plans, administer treatments and medications, evaluate intervention effectiveness, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, troubleshoot equipment, participate in evidence-based practice, and contribute to quality and safety initiatives.
Qualifications & Skills: Graduate from a Specialty Training Program in Nursing. Ability to work in a fast-paced clinical environment, with strong teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills. Experience in perioperative care is preferred.
Additional Details: Orientation is Monday-Friday, with flexible schedule options, weekend call requirements, and rotating shifts based on census. The role involves working in a high-acuity setting with dedicated OR spaces, including trauma and neuro procedures.
