Psychiatrist and Medical Director

Seeking a Board-Certified Psychiatrist to serve as Psychiatrist and Medical Director for an inpatient program. This leadership role combines

clinical care with strategic oversight, ensuring high-quality, evidence-based, trauma-informed services.

• Conduct psychiatric evaluations, daily rounds, medication management, and respond to emergencies.
• Provide clinical leadership, mentorship, and oversee staffing and recruitment.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, participate in quality improvement, and monitor clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and leadership to support patient outcomes and program development.
