Requirements
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology and valid state license
- Preferably prior experience in long-term care
- Ability to pass background checks and maintain certifications
- Excellent communication, organizational, and technological skills
- Flexibility to work outside normal hours and travel as needed
- Physical ability to perform tasks and cope with emotional demands
- Demonstrate professionalism, compassion, and teamwork
- Conduct screenings, evaluations, and develop individualized treatment plans
- Maintain accurate documentation and comply with billing standards
- Foster positive relationships with residents, respecting their dignity and rights
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and coordinate referrals
- Stay current with professional development and implement new techniques
- Ensure cleanliness and perform additional duties as assigned
Salary : $45 - $55
