Responsibilities: Provide resident-centered speech therapy services, develop and update treatment plans, ensure accurate documentation, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, and stay current with industry standards. Maintain compliance with regulations, participate in ongoing education, and foster a compassionate environment.
Requirements: Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology, valid state license, good interpersonal and organizational skills, proficiency with technology, flexibility to work outside regular hours, and physical ability to perform essential tasks. Prior therapy experience preferred.
