Overview

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology and valid state license
• Preferably prior experience in long-term care
• Ability to pass background checks and maintain certifications
• Excellent communication, organizational, and technological skills
• Flexibility to work outside normal hours and travel as needed
• Physical ability to perform tasks and cope with emotional demands
• Demonstrate professionalism, compassion, and teamwork
  
  

Responsibilities

• Conduct screenings, evaluations, and develop individualized treatment plans
• Maintain accurate documentation and comply with billing standards
• Foster positive relationships with residents, respecting their dignity and rights
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and coordinate referrals
• Stay current with professional development and implement new techniques
• Ensure cleanliness and perform additional duties as assigned
  
  

Compensation & Benefits: $45-$55/hour, with benefits including 401(k), health/dental/vision insurance, paid time off, continuing education, flexible schedule, and relocation assistance.
