Responsibilities
- Provide speech therapy evaluations and treatments
- Develop and revise individualized care plans
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and coordinate referrals
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation and billing
- Foster positive, person-centered relationships with residents
- Stay current through continuing education and implement new techniques
- Adhere to all legal, regulatory, and ethical standards
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology and valid state license
- Preferably previous experience in long-term care
- Excellent communication, organizational, and technology skills
- Ability to perform physical tasks and work with diverse populations
- Flexibility to work varied hours and locations
