Responsibilities
- Conduct screenings, evaluations, and develop individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and coordinate care
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with regulations
- Foster positive resident relationships, respecting dignity and privacy
- Stay updated with industry practices and participate in continuing education
- Perform related duties as needed.
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology and valid state license
- Experience preferred, especially in long-term care
- Excellent communication, organizational, and technology skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, lift up to 50 pounds, and handle emotional stress
- Must pass background checks, hold CPR/BLS certification, and adhere to policies.
- $45.00 - $55.00/hour
