Psychiatrist and Medical Director

Seeking a Board-Certified Psychiatrist to serve as Psychiatrist and Medical Director for an inpatient program. This leadership role combines direct patient care with strategic oversight of psychiatric and medical services, ensuring high-quality, evidence-based, trauma-informed care.

• Conduct psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and respond to emergencies
• Provide clinical leadership, mentorship, and oversee staffing and provider recruitment
• Ensure regulatory compliance, participate in quality improvement, and monitor clinical documentation
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and participate in program development
  
  

Qualifications include MD/DO with Board Certification in Psychiatry, active license, and inpatient experience preferred.
