Seeking Board Certified Geriatricians, Internists, and Family Practitioners to provide comprehensive on-site medical care in post-acute, rehabilitation, long-term care, and assisted living facilities.

Deliver face-to-face primary care services
Participate in educational lectures and outcomes reviews
Collaborate with Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants
