Responsibilities:
Assisting customers by phone or at the counter by providing excellent customer service
Helping customers determine the proper parts needed for their equipment
Checking out/in loaner and rental units
Entering detailed work orders into the computer system
Calling customers with repair quotes
Calling customers for equipment pick-up after service completion
Entering billing of shop jobs/parts orders into the system
Updating work order status
Scheduling deliveries/pick-up of equipment
Providing quality control for the repair process
Assisting in loading/unloading service units

Requirements:
Conforms with company core values
High school diploma or equivalent
18 years of age
Prior warranty experience a plus
Ability to work independently
Must have a patient and calm demeanor
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and data entry
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Must always represent the company in a positive manner
Must be able to pass background check and periodic drug screenings
