Job Title: Temporary Assistant-Corporate Real Estate Facility Operations

Our Corporate Real Estate department needs temporary help to support the CRE team with day-to-day facilities operations, enabling the team to focus on higher-priority and strategic initiatives.
Job Responsibilities:
· Floor inspections, processing invoices, scheduling messenger services, administering incoming and outgoing deliveries, assisting with employee events, and addressing additional ad hoc facilities-related issues as they arise.
· Provide coverage during the CRE team's "Work from Anywhere” remote weeks, periods of staff time off, ensuring continuity of operations and timely support for facilities-related needs.
· The candidate should possess strong verbal and written communication skills and be comfortable interacting with employees, vendors, and building management,
· The position is expected to be primarily based in the New York office five days per week, with flexibility to work from the New Jersey office as operational needs require.
Salary : $30 - $35
