Team Assistant / Social Media Marketing Manager (NYC – In Person)
Full-Time | Salary Performance-Based Compensation
I’m hiring a high-energy, detail-obsessed, growth-minded right hand.
This is not a remote role. You will be working side-by-side with me daily in New York. If you’re not local, this isn’t for you.
This is for someone who wants to start lean, prove themselves quickly, and grow into a serious role inside a fast-moving real estate media platform.
What You’ll Be Doing
This is a hybrid role blending personal support, brand management, and digital execution:
• Heavy calendar schedule management
• Daily personal task coordination
• Managing engagement across social platforms
• Supporting my coaching platform interactive media initiatives
• Assisting with Amazon Creator, ShopMy, and affiliate programs brand collabs speaking engagementd coaching calls new client pitches buyer schedules booking invoicing and liasing between partners
• Basic video editing for social content
• Updating real estate pitch decks, media decks, and website materials
• Working with AI tools and Canva to streamline content presentations
• Coordinating closely with me and the Head of Operations for my real estate team (everything feeds each other)
You’ll be at the center of the brand.

• Familiar with Instagram, TikTok, Amazon Creator, ShopMy
• Basic video editing ability
• Strong with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Dropbox
• Comfortable learning new platforms quickly
This is not a role for someone who hides behind AI or waits to be told what to do. I need a doer. Someone who sees what needs to be handled and handles it.
Compensation
