- Shoot and edit high-quality property listing videos and photos for social media platforms, especially Instagram
- Collaborate with real estate agents to create engaging, trend-driven content
- Identify and implement current social media trends relevant to real estate
- Produce a consistent stream of polished, on-brand content that highlights listings and company values
- Balance trendiness with a premium, professional real estate image
- Ensure all content is delivered on schedule and optimized for maximum engagement
- Proven experience creating social media content for real estate or similar industries
- Strong skills in video shooting, editing, and post-production (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar)
