As a Social Media Content Creator, you will be part of a team responsible for creating digital-first, innovative social media content for multiple platforms. You will play a key role in our social media content strategy to drive engagement, brand awareness, growth and revenue for Fox News Media platforms, including Fox Nation.
A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITES:
Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay rate/range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is $60,000.00-75,000.00 annually. This role is also eligible for various benefits, including medical/dental/vision, insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents. Benefits for Union represented employees will be in accordance with the applicable collective bargaining agreement.

A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITES:
- Pitch social media content that aligns with the brand, target audience and business goals
- Produce, shoot and edit engaging short and long-form video content for various social media platforms, including but not limited to, Instagram, Facebook, X, YouTube Shorts, TikTok and Threads
- Write compelling scripts and concise copy that resonate with the target audience
- Use analytics and social media insights to monitor the performance of content and make data-driven decisions and optimizations
- Stay updated on the latest social media trends, tools and best practices to ensure that content stays innovative and relevant
- Maintain a consistent brand image and voice across all social media platforms
- Brainstorm ideas to bring in new audiences for Fox's digital platforms
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure that content aligns with overall brand messaging and marketing campaigns
- Travel to events and produce/publish real-time content in the field
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or a related field
- 2-3 years experience in social media content creation in a fast-paced corporate environment
- Precise and detail-oriented, with the ability to meet tight deadlines
- Strong editorial judgment and a commitment to accuracy
- Excellent storytelling skills, with the ability to create compelling and shareable content
- Strong understanding of all social media platforms and best practices
- Skilled in using Adobe Premiere and Photoshop for vertical video production and graphic templates
- Proficient in using social media management/in-app editing tools and analytics platforms
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Passion for social media, digital marketing and emerging trends in the digital landscape
- Confident in working with on-air talent
- Flexibility in schedule to work holidays and weekends when necessary, and to shift your schedule as news, events and projects warrant
