Project Overview:

• Client has a contract role for a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Content Creator & Publisher to support digital engagement efforts.
• This role will focus on developing, curating, and publishing compelling content across social platforms to enhance brand visibility, drive audience engagement, and support organizational initiatives.
  
  

Responsibilities:

• Content Creation: Develop engaging social media posts, graphics, and short-form videos aligned with client branding and messaging. Write clear, concise, and compelling copy tailored for platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and X (Twitter).
• Publishing & Scheduling: Manage content calendars and schedule posts using approved tools. Ensure timely publishing of content for campaigns, events, and announcements.
• Community Engagement: Monitor social channels for comments and messages; escalate as needed. Support engagement strategies to foster positive interactions with audiences.
• Analytics & Reporting: Track performance metrics and provide insights to optimize content strategy.
• Collaboration: Work closely with client marketing teams to align content with organizational goals. Coordinate with internal stakeholders for approvals and compliance.
  
  

Required Qualifications:

• Proven experience in social media content creation and publishing.
• Strong writing and editing skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Meltwater, Sprout Social, Hootsuite).
• Basic graphic design and video editing skills (Canva, Adobe Suite preferred).
• Understanding of analytics and ability to interpret data for actionable insights.
• Knowledge of energy, infrastructure, or public sector communications is a plus.

• Creative mindset with ability to adapt tone and style for different audiences.
• Familiarity with accessibility standards and inclusive content practices.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
