The Miami studio, based in Wynwood, is one of the few in the Southeast with full architectural capability, working across workplace, hospitality, residential and mixed-use. The role
- Lead projects end-to-end across commercial, hospitality and residential sectors
- Manage schedules, budgets and consultant/contractor coordination
- Develop and present design proposals, programming, FF&E, finish packages
- Oversee construction documentation through to delivery
- Mentor junior and intermediate designers
- Own client relationships and manage expectations throughout the project lifecycle
About you
- 6–8 years of interior design experience across commercial, office, hospitality and/or residential
- Confident leading projects and client relationships independently
- Proficient in Revit (essential), AutoCAD, SketchUp and Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong knowledge of FF&E, specifications and construction documentation
- NCIDQ, LEED or WELL credentials a plus
- Based in or relocating to the Miami metro area · Current US work authorisation required
