• Supervise contractors and vendors during refurbishment activities and repair/maintenance projects shipboard, ensuring proper execution of scope, schedule, and safety standards.
• Coordinate procurement processes: request for quotes, price negotiations, order tracking, inventory management, and vendor payment schedules alongside purchasing teams.
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and deliverable schedules; manage and monitor progress to meet deadlines and milestones.
• Create and maintain project documentation systems: budgets, schedules, logistics trackers, inventory records, and lessons learned logs.
• Develop detailed scopes of work, ensuring clear alignment with project budgets, design intent, and operational needs.
• Develop specification standards alongside Interior Design Manager for refurbishment areas in compliance with IMO, USPH, Lloyds and ship standards.

• Liaise closely with Purchasing, Hotel Operations, and Technical teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery.
• Continued research and understanding of current and future regulations (IMO, USPH, and ADA) and related impact on refurbishment and hotel repair and maintenance projects.
• Proactively identify risks to timeline, scope, or budget and escalate issues as needed for mitigation.
• Review and analyze construction drawings, specifications, and compliance standards (IMO, USPH, ADA, Lloyds) to ensure operational adherence.
• Manage the project closeout process including final inspections, punch list walkthroughs, warranty documentation, as-builts collection, and closeout reports.
• Provide ongoing operational support to the Senior Manager of Interior Design by ensuring administrative tasks, financial reporting, and project logistics are executed smoothly.
• Perform other necessary tasks as required to support the Senior Manager of Interior Design and project teams.
