Company Description Tailor Home Design is a Miami-based interior design and remodeling firm delivering high-end residential projects and a growing portfolio of commercial spaces. We combine thoughtful design with disciplined project management, from concept through completion.
Role Description
We are looking for an experienced, office-based Project Manager to lead projects from planning to delivery. You will read and interpret architectural and engineering plans, coordinate subcontractors and vendors, manage schedules, budgets and material orders, and be the point of contact for clients, designers and building management. You will visit project sites regularly to monitor progress and quality.
Qualifications
- 3 years of project management experience in remodeling, construction, or interior design (residential and/or commercial)
- Strong ability to read and understand architectural and engineering plans
- Solid knowledge of construction trades and sequencing, and of who to call for what
- Experience with permitting and inspection processes in Miami-Dade or South Florida is a strong plus
- Excellent organization, communication and time management
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office; familiarity with Bluebeam or AutoCAD is a plus
- English and Spanish mandatory, Italian is a plus
