Technical Sales Representative / Territory Sales Engineer / Regional Sales Manager is sought to join a leading provider of industrial compressed air systems, spray booths, breathing air systems, and related industrial equipment.
Technical Sales Representative /Territory Sales Engineer / Regional Sales Manager The company’s product offering includes compressed air systems, refinishing and spray booth equipment, dust and fume extraction, breathing air solutions, and other industrial support systems for automotive, marine, manufacturing, and industrial refinishing markets.
Technical Sales Representative / Territory Sales Engineer / Regional Sales Manager – Compensation:
· $90,000 to $120,000 base plus commissions
· 401(k)
· PTO
· Remote position based in Florida
Technical Sales Representative / Territory Sales Engineer / Regional Sales Manager – Responsibilities:
· Drive sales of compressed air systems, industrial air compressors, breathing air systems, spray booth equipment, and associated service contracts to distributors and end-users within the territory.
· Build and maintain strong customer relationships while identifying and converting new business opportunities.
· Partner with service and technical teams to deliver tailored solutions, including system installations, preventive maintenance plans, aftermarket support, and turnkey solutions.
· Stay up to date on product innovations, refinishing technologies, and industry trends to support strategic selling and exceed performance targets.
· Ensure accurate CRM data entry, proper order documentation, and compliance with safety and service standards throughout the sales process.
Technical Sales Representative / Territory Sales Engineer / Regional Sales Manager – Requirements:
· Experience in a Technical Sales Representative, Territory Sales Engineer, Regional Sales Manager, or similar role is essential.
· Proven experience selling industrial compressed air systems, compressors, spray booth/refinishing equipment, and breathing air systems.
Pay: $90,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
