The successful Service Sales Engineer / Technical Sales Representative / Building Systems Engineer will come from a technical sales/service sales background and have previous experience in selling a range of BAS and HVAC controls to engineers, contractors, and owners.

Service Sales Engineer / Technical Sales Representative / Building Systems Engineer Responsibilities:
- Offering consultative guidance on building automation and HVAC systems to engineers, contractors, and building owners.
- Preparing estimates for control system hardware and installation based on project drawings, specifications, and contract documents.
- Collaborating closely with engineering and technical staff to ensure smooth project execution.
- Leading industry presentations and educational seminars to inform and influence consultants, contractors, and building professionals.
- Partnering with clients to define scope and pricing for service agreements, system upgrades, tenant fit-outs, and training initiatives.
- Happy to cover the territory of Florida from Orlando or Tampa
Service Sales Engineer / Technical Sales Representative / Building Systems Engineer Requirements:
- Exceptional verbal and interpersonal communication skills
- Strong organisational and time management capabilities
- Highly self-driven with the ability to operate independently without supervision

- Reliable and dedicated work ethic
- Familiarity with HVAC DDC control concepts, applications, and mechanical systems

- Proven experience in business-to-business (B2B) sales
- Preferably resides in Orlando or Tampa
