Workday Functional Lead II

Duration:  03 Months Contract
 
Job Description:

• We are seeking an experienced HR Functional Lead to drive the design, configuration, and implementation of Workday modules including Time Tracking, Absence Management, Payroll, and Core HCM.
• This role will lead functional decisions, collaborate with stakeholders, and ensure seamless delivery from prototype to production.
   

Responsibilities:

• Plan and lead building of Time and Absence prototype tenants and migration to Production.
• Lead design decisions and ensure cohesiveness with other areas of the Workday HCM system
• Oversee and execute system testing
• Partner with business subject matter experts to ensure appropriate configuration
• Understand unique business requirements and translate into system configuration
• Appropriately escalate risks

 
Experience:

• 7 years of experience in Workday Configuration
• HCM systems experience and the technical aptitude and capability to configure the product to meet the business requirements
• Ability to meet deadlines

 
Skills:

• Strong functional knowledge of Workday HCM modules
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience with Workday tenants, business process frameworks, and security configuration
• Ability to work in fast-paced environments and meet tight deadlines

 
Education:

• Bachelor's Degree
