The ideal candidate brings deep Workday configuration experience, strong functional knowledge, and the ability to manage priorities and risks in a fast-paced environment.
What You’ll Do
- Lead the planning and build of Workday Time and Absence prototype tenants and support migration to Production
- Drive design decisions and ensure alignment across other areas of the Workday HCM system
- Oversee and execute system testing to support successful implementation and deployment
- Partner with business subject matter experts to validate requirements and ensure appropriate system configuration
- Translate unique business needs into effective Workday configuration solutions
- Identify and escalate risks as appropriate to support project success
- 7 years of experience in Workday configuration
- Strong experience with HCM systems and the technical aptitude to configure Workday to meet business requirements
- Expertise across Workday functional areas including Time, Absence, Payroll, and HCM
- Ability to balance priorities, meet deadlines, and maintain momentum across project phases
- Strong collaboration and communication skills when working with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams
