What are the responsibilities and job description for the Event Planner position at US Tech Solutions?
We’re looking for a dynamic Event Operations Specialist who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys working closely with senior leadership and clients.
Requirements:
• Lead end-to-end execution of virtual events (Zoom/Webex) including registration, stakeholder coordination, and live delivery
• Manage logistics for in-person conferences – venue, catering, A/V, vendors, and on-site execution
• Collaborate with internal teams and senior stakeholders to ensure flawless event delivery
• Train teams on event technologies and best practices
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance audience engagement
• Support multiple events/projects with strong attention to detail
What We’re Looking For:
- 2 years of hands-on event management experience (virtual events required)
- Strong experience with platforms like Zoom / Webex
- Proven ability to work with C-level stakeholders and clients
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Local to Irving, TX and open to hybrid work
- Comfortable with domestic travel (~30%)
Duration- 6 Months Contract
